Shipping & Delivery
Within the US, all shipping will be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For orders up to $50, shipping is $3.95; $51 to $100, $5.95; $101 to $150, $9.95. Over $150, shipping is free
Photo Quality
We will NOT retouch your images. Please be aware of the quality of the image you send by paying attention to darkness, color and grain as we will not alter that for you. Additionally, if you are loading a black and white image into a template with a colored border/font it may produce a hue of color on your black and white photo.
Privacy Policy
We totally respect your privacy and your personal data. We will never distribute your information to anyone for any reason. We use your email for the sole purpose of corresponding with you regarding your order.
Return Policy
Due to the unique and time consuming process, Rump-Roast T-Shirts cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If it is damaged please email customerservice@rump-roast.com so we can authorize the return. We do not refund shipping charges unless the damage was incurred from a damaged box.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. We will send you a confirmation when your order ships. Should you have a rush item, please be sure to select rush shipping. You could also contact our customer service department at customerservice@rump-roast.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Rush shipping charges will apply.
Payment
Rump-Roast accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments on the web.

Garment Care

The life expectancy of your one of a kind design depends on you. Please be sure to turn all garments inside out and wash with like colors. DO NOT use any form of bleach, including those considered color safe. We do not recommend line drying as the color's may run. When placing your garment in the dryer, turn inside out and use on a low setting. Because all washers and dryers are not made equally, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your garment. Commercial grade iron on materials incur a natural fading process each time you wash. If you follow our care instructions, you should find our products will withstand at least 25 washings.

QUALITY /FABRIC
While we would love all of our products to be organic cotton, we find the quality of some photographs to transfer more vibrantly on a bleached white cotton. The image itself is transferred onto a commercial grade iron-on material that sits above the fabric and has a noticeable feel. We do not do vinyl or sublimation transfers. In an effort to be mindful of our earth, Rump-Roast.com is researching companies to partner with that will offset our carbon footprint. Digital Camera Specifics
First and foremost... WE CARE about the quality of the photos for your custom shirt! We want your shirts, and the images you submit to us, to look their best when you send them to family and friends! The digital file size must be larger than 200Kb (kilobytes) in disc space to render an acceptable printed image - but NOT LARGER than 300DPI. Again, please DO NOT submit images that are under 200Kb in size - they are not suitable for quality printing. Please do not submit images of babies that contain nudity where all or a partial amount of the genital area is visible. If such images are submitted, they will be deleted from our files upon opening. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. Thank you!
Scanning Images
Glossy photos provide better results when scanned. PLEASE CLEAN THE PHOTO AND YOUR SCANNER BEFORE SCANNING! Only scan original prints, not photo copies - and certainly NOT ink-jet prints! Your prints must be scanned at 300 dpi. Save images as JPEG, at the highest quality possible.
Mailing Original Photos & Negatives
Sorry... we do not accept prints, negatives, cd's or dvd's via the mail. All images must be in digital format submitted through our website, either from a digital camera or scanned original prints. If you mail us any original images in any format, we will not be responsible for mailing them back.
Copyrighted Images

Rump-Roast.com respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. It is UNLAWFUL for us to reproduce images that are copyrighted without the express written permission of the person or entity that created the original work. If you have a copyrighted image, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release. If you choose to scan your professionally taken images on your own, for the sole purpose of making this t-shirt, you are assuming the legal risk for violating any copyright. If you have been provided printable resolution images on CD from your photographer, we do not need a copyright release for these images. However, it should be noted that it is not always the intent of the photographer to provide a "blanket release" even if they have supplied these images to you. By submitting these images to us, you agree to assume full responsibility if any conflicts arise with the photographer. Remember, the willful neglect of copyright laws is a criminal act and you are releasing Rump-Roast.com from any legal responsibilty for the photos you submit.

(Copyright Indemnification) Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Rump-Roast.com for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Rump-Roast.com for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
