Is it safe to upload my photographs to your site?

Your privacy is essential to our success here at RumpRoast. Our website is constantly being updated with the industry's highest standard of security protection. As an added precaution, once your product ships, we will delete all your personal images from our servers.

Can I make changes to my order once it is submitted?

Once you complete the checkout process, your photos are automatically deleted from our servers. Therefore, there is no way to change your order. This is part of our commitment to the security of your personal property.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. We will send you a confirmation when your order ships. Should you have a rush item, please be sure to select rush shipping. You could also contact our customer service department at customerservice@rump-roast.com and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Rush shipping charges will apply.

Is my photograph the right quality?

We will NOT retouch your images. Please be aware of the quality of the image you send by paying attention to darkness, color and grain as we will not alter that for you. Additionally, if you are loading a black and white image into a template with a colored border/font it may produce a hue of color on your black and white photo.

How do I care for my garment?

The life expectancy of your one of a kind design depends on you. Please be sure to turn all garments inside out and wash in COLD WATER with like colors. DO NOT use any form of bleach, including those considered color safe. We do not recommend line drying as the color's may run. When placing your garment in the dryer, turn inside out and use on a low setting. Because all washers and dryers are not made equally, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your garment. But if you follow our care instructions, you should find our products will withstand at least 25 washings.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?

It depends upon which shirt you purchase. The entire line of Baby Jay products run true to size. They will not shrink after washing. Some of the American Apparel products will shrink after washing and drying so please be sure to review the notes on the product when ordering and order one size larger for those that shrink.

What color shirts do you offer?

At the moment we only offer white t-shirts as it is the most vibrant way to display your images.

Do you offer organic cotton?

At the moment we do not offer organic cotton but in an effort to be mindful of our earth, Rump-Roast.com is working to establish partnerships with companies that will help to reduce our carbon footprint. Check our site periodically for a link to those companies that will participate with us in creating a more environmentally responsible future for our products.

What are the available style and size options?

In general, sizes are as follows:
Onesies- 0-48months
T-Shirts both long and short sleeve range from newborn to twelve years
Karate pants- 3-24months

What t-shirt vendors do you use?

We hope to be around a long time serving our customers with personalized products. Along with Customer Service, the thing we pride ourselves most on here at RumpRoast is the quality of our product. We use two different vendors that we believe offer the softest shirts with the longest life: Baby Jay and Americal Apparel.

What is the biggest difference between Baby Jay products and American Apparel?

The Baby Jay line of products that we carry are extremely thick, soft-plush cotton without a texture such as "ribbing". American Apparel products for infants (up to 2 years) have a ribbed texture to them. American Apparel kids and youth sizes are offered in both the ribbed fabric and fine jersey cotton. Both of our vendors offer a superior product, its just a matter of your preference. Why not try one of each? ;>)

Do you have technical specs on the manufacturing of the garments?

Baby Jay Technical Specs
We use the softest, 100% medium weight European ringspun yarn, single 24 count, cotton interlock (5.4 oz per yard, 180 gram). The knitting of the cotton fabric is done on the most advanced high-speed German Terrot machines, (fabric weight 180 gram or 5.4 oz). The fabric is then dyed using the most modern atmospheric jet dyeing machines, then continuously tumble dried and finally stentered to achieve the best shrinkage results possible. All colors are reactive dyed for maximum color retention.?The care and attention given to the creation of the fabric is then followed by modern garment manufacturing techniques, using computerized laser cutting equipment and high speed fully automated back-latching and flat locking sewing machines. Once the garments are sewn they are run through an extra precautionary procedure for metal detection which is now paramount requirement with all European retailers.

Only Prym Schaeffer fasteners and attaching equipment are used. The force to detach fastener from fabric is 90 newtons minimum, which exceeds even the most stringent requirements. Prym Schaeffer warrants their fasteners to outlive the garments to which they are fitted.
The final step in the process is the quality control check where every garment is inspected for defects. Only perfect goods pass through this vigorous checkpoint.

As all 100% cotton garments will shrink, sizing can be confusing to the consumer. Baby Jay addresses this issue by sizing our garments to be true to size after normal dying and washing procedures, making them appear slightly oversized before washing. To be clear, our garments run true to size. This means they fit right even after washing.

If I don't see a size listed as an option when ordering, does it mean it is not available?

The sizes listed in the pull down menu when customizing your shirt are the only available options for that particular product.

How will I know the difference between manufacturers when ordering?

Our entire line of Baby Jay Products are offered only in a non-textured, soft plush cotton For all Ribbed Cotton items, American Apparel will be the source for that fabric.
When you are customizing your shirt, you will be instructed to choose a size. Before the actual size you will see the Letters BJ (for Baby Jay) or the Letters AA (for American Apparel).

Will my photograph have a texture to it on the ribbed cotton shirt?

Yes, your image will blend into the fabric of the shirt so if you order the ribbed cotton, your photograph will take on the ribbed texture.

Will the image on my shirt have a feel to it?

Yes. The image is transferred onto a commercial grade iron-on material that sits above the fabric and has a noticeable feel.

Will my shirt fade or crack?

Commercial grade iron on materials incur a natural fading process each time you wash. If you follow our care instructions, you should find our products will withstand at least 25 washings.

Do you offer gift boxes and/or a gift message?

Yes. We offer a variety of clear plastic boxes that will beautifully showcase your one of a kind custom design and you will have the option of attaching a gift card.

Do I get to choose a box?

We will choose from a variety of box shapes and sizes that will best fit your important one of a kind gift. All boxes are made from the same material, allowing us to choose the box size based on your order will help in savings for you on shipping costs.
